How does the 10 day free trial work?
If you decide to cancel your ShotCode account within 10 days you will not be charged a cent. If you like what you see and you decide to continue with us after your trial period is up than your account will renew on a monthly basis. Accounts can be canceled at any time, yet you are responsible for the full monthly account costs until the point of cancellation. Please be aware that canceling a ShotCode account will void all ShotCodes in that account.
How do I integrate ShotCodes into my campaign?
By visiting our ShotCode developers page you will see that the integration of our mobile tagging API’s is very straightforward. In this section you will see how you can easily manage your ShotCodes, provide your own download points for the ShotCode client plus some other neat tricks.
Why should we mobile tag?
Remember how your web page became more and more relevant to your business around the turn of the century? Well, the same thing is happening to your mobile website. In 2007 there were over 2.5billion mobile subscribers and nearly a billion mobile internet subscribers (more mobile internet users then fixed internet users).
On the fixed internet search and online marketing are your most relevant sources of driving traffic to your website. On the mobile internet search and online advertisement are still very much in their infancy. There is no simple way to drive relevant traffic to your mobile websites except for mobile tags. Mobile tags allow your customers to effortlessly connect to your mobile websites by “clicking” on your offline advertisements.
Can I change between ShotCode accounts?
At the moment it is only possible to upgrade your account. If you want to downgrade your account we propose you either cancel your current account and open a smaller account or open a smaller account on the side. Please be aware that canceling a ShotCode account will void all ShotCodes in that account.
Am I eligible for a free trial when I upgrade from a free account?
No, if you upgrade from a free account your are not eligible for a free trial. Free trials are only available if you sign up for a paid account directly.
Are these prices fixed or do I pay for traffic/downloads as well?
The price per account is fixed, there are no hidden costs, no matter if you generate 10 or 10.000.000 scans/downloads. Our prices are based on the amount of ShotCodes you use, not how many times they are scanned or downloaded. The more times they are used the better for everyone involved.
Why so cheap?
Over the years we have developed a fully automated system for creating interactive marketing campaigns using mobile tagging. This fully automated system is built for volume and we feel that price should never stop you from using mobile tagging for your campaigns. Every campaign that gets launched helps all other campaigns in the market, because of this price should never be inhibitive.

Although you are venturing on the cutting edge of interactive marketing you are not nearly alone.
